BEIJING, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- War epic film "The Battle at Lake Changjin" continued leading the Chinese mainland box office on Monday, figures from the China Movie Data Information Network showed on Tuesday.
With daily revenue reaching 48.43 million yuan (about 7.53 million U.S. dollars), the film saw its total box office sales surpass 4.96 billion yuan on Monday after 19 days of screening.
Another film of patriotic theme, "My Country, My Parents," stayed second on the chart, finishing the day with 11.14 million yuan and bringing its total revenue to about 1.35 billion yuan.

LANZHOU, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- A notable national treasure, popularly known as "Bronze Galloping Horse Treading on a Flying Swallow," will go on display in northwest China's Gansu Province next year.。
Making the announcement on Wednesday, the Gansu provincial museum said the bronze statue, a cultural relic under China's highest national-level protection, will be put on display from May 1 to Oct. 15 every year in the museum starting from 2022.。
The masterpiece was unearthed in 1969 from the Leitai Tomb of the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 AD) in the province's Wuwei County. The bronze statue is a famous representative sculpture of the Han Dynasty, and its image became a symbol of Chinese tourism in 1983.。

XI'AN, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) -- The foreign trade of northwest China's Shaanxi Province increased by 26.5 percent to over 390.1 billion yuan (about 61 billion U.S. dollars) in the Jan.-Oct. period this year, according to local customs authorities.。
The foreign trade figure of the province has exceeded last year's total, said customs of the provincial capital Xi'an.。
During the period, the province's exports stood at 209.17 billion yuan, up by 33.9 percent year on year, while its imports rose by 19 percent to nearly 180.98 billion yuan.。
The export of Shaanxi's mechanical and electrical products grew by 37.2 percent to about 189 billion yuan, accounting for about 90.8 percent of the province's total.。
